- Prices above DO NOT include IGV tax. Peruvians (and foreigners who are in the country for more than 60 days) will pay the additional 18% IGV tax.
- Please note that you will only be able to check in with a valid Passport or ID. For non southamerican citizens this will always be their passport with a Peruvian entrance stamp.
- Guests must be of age. No check in to minors under 18 years old.
- Your reservation is held for up to 2 hours after your estimated arrival time. After this we cannot guarantee your reservation.
- Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive before that you will need to wait until a bed becomes available. If you would like an early check-in, it is better to book the night before.
- Payments are only accepted in cash and in Soles in the hostel.
- For group bookings (more than one person) in shared dorms, we cannot guarantee that all your group will be together in the same room. We will always try our best to accommodate your group as best possible but sometimes depending on circumstances it is out of our control.
- For group bookings (more than four people) in shared dorms and bookings in private rooms, we will request a pre-payment.
- For New Year's Eve or other big events, certain restrictions and policies will be applied.
